Why I'm Starting To Write Online
In 2016, my focus on yoga therapy inspired a prolific writing period, culminating in 350 posts. However, I hit a creative block when my interests expanded to human performance and exercise science, leading me to pause my writing. Discovering 'Ship 30 for 30' reignited my passion for writing.
Here are a few reasons why:
1. Skill Development: Writing is an essential skill I aim to master. My thoughts often lack structure, resulting in pieces that are too lengthy or take too long to prepare.
2. Enhancing Learning: Inspired by the Feynman Technique, I believe sharing what I've learned solidifies my understanding. Writing serves as the perfect medium to process and articulate my knowledge.
3. Self-Reflection: As a yoga teacher and meditator, self-study is integral to my practice. Writing helps uncover insights from my journey and enhances my self-awareness.

Over the next 30 days, I am eager to explore topics like exercise science, yoga therapy, and lifestyle and fitness coaching.
What Would a Successful 30 Days Look Like?
Success in this writing journey involves generating a wealth of content ideas, developing sustainable writing habits, and gaining a firm understanding of the core principles of good writing. By the end of these 30 days, I aspire to have established a solid workflow and ingrained writing habits. My ultimate goal is to create ebooks and online courses, laying the groundwork for my mind-body fitness brand.
